Our wedding day started bright, early, and rainy… But we didn’t let the rain damper a single moment! I felt so blessed to be surrounded by my family and closest friends while we were pampered by our hair and make up vendors. Soon enough it was time for my first look with Sean. I didn’t know how I would feel but I was overcome with emotions of joy and excitement for our day. A gift that Sean got for me was my mother’s engagement ring transformed into a necklace and he added a stone which represented our birthdays. I was so touched to be able to wear that piece of family history all day long. Our ceremony couldn’t have been more perfect, we were blown away by the love we felt from our guests as we shared our personal vows and paid tribute to our recently passed dog, Charlie.
After the ceremony we joined cocktail hour to celebrate with our guests and I showed Sean one of my gifts which was a live painter. Seeing the surprise on his face made my heart so happy. Our evening seemed to fly by a bit but we loved taking pictures with each table of guests and my last surprise for the groom & our guests was the Millie’s Ice Cream truck!
Our day was everything I ever dreamed of, we rocked the vintage glam look all night, it couldn’t have been more perfect.
