Gabriel and Karyna

We met in 2018 at a party through mutual friends. As soon as Gabe walked into the party, Karyna told her friend that she called “dibs”. We talked through the whole night and found we share a lot of the same passions for snowboarding, teaching fitness classes, and had similar drives and passions for life! We had our first date the following week and have been together since.

We didn’t have a typical engagement in that we both knew exactly what we wanted for marriage and life – and that we wanted the journey together. Even before Gabriel had a ring purchased we booked a wedding venue and our amazing photographer. We got engaged on the only sandy beach in Bar Harbor Maine during a family vacation, with our dog was right in Karyna’s arms.

The wedding will be at the Gardens of Stonebridge in October of 2020. The mutual friend that brought us together at the party they met at will be officiating the ceremony. We’re so excited for an outdoor ceremony and reception with the opportunity for a bonfire and lawn games to celebrate the continuation of our life journey with our family and friends!
